Artwork
Files should be sent in one of the following formats:
- Macintosh format
- High Resolution (300 DPI)
- PDF – high resolution
- EPS- all type converted to paths
- Quark documents with supporting art files and fonts, along with a proof
- If a PC file, send all supporting art files and fonts, along with a proof
Delivery
All advertisement materials are due by April 29, 2011 and should be e-mailed or uploaded to the FTP site based on size. Please include your company logo (vector art preferred).
Files less than 10MB:
Email to Ileann Ballester at iballester@ok2print.com. Please reference in subject heading: " 2011 Top Corporations Luncheon Ads: Your Company Name".
Files that are larger than 10MB:
Upload to https://www.yousendit.com/dropbox?dropbox=Interprint-Communications. Complete the file registration and upload your files. In the comments section, please indicate “ 2011 Top Corporations Sponsor”.
Payment Information
Payments for all sponsorships and advertisements in the Program Book, must be made by major credit card or check; individual ticket and table purchases must be made by major credit card. The GWBC® accepts American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. Please make checks payable to: Greater Women's Business Council.
